The Chapter 9 release went out to top-tier supporters on Patreon and SubscribeStar last week, and this week, it’s the mid-tier members’ turn! Things have gone pretty smoothly so far (knocking on wood) so I’ve spent some time getting ready for Chapter 10.

(As a reminder, the base-tier supporters will get their turn next week, on 6 Sep 2024, and the itch.io release is still set for Friday the 13th of September, 2024 .)

I’ve already gone through the process of adding all of the new Chapter 10 source files to the project, and even finished implementing Scene 1. There is sometimes 1, or at most 2 new environs needed for a new scene if they don’t already exist (the Jeffries home set, for example, is all one environment and used for many scenes). This scene was a flashback, though, and there were 5 (!) new environs required. Gahhhh. Scene 2 is in process. One down, nineteen (!) to go…

As all of the images created this period are plot spoilers, there’s nothing I can post right now.

On the other hand, there will be a new Halloween poster this year. It’s already done and waiting for October to roll around…
